At Imeanwell, we’re committed to ensuring every order from imeanwell.com reaches you promptly, safely, and with the utmost care. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver all orders placed through our online store.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you always know when your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives on time and in excellent condition:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on distance, carrier workload, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Coverage

Imeanwell proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Carrier details

  • Tracking number

  • A direct link to track your order in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning that once the carrier receives your package, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. When the carrier marks your order as “Delivered,” the delivery is considered successfully completed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or missing, please take these steps:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address provided during checkout was correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or anyone who might have accepted the package on your behalf.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for an update.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@imeanwell.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and do our best to assist.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, our team will gladly help guide you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you promptly. You can choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).

Multiple Shipments

For larger or multi-item orders, products may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each package.
